We know that you are all looking forward to spending time in Savannah. We received many inquiries about when the room rates would be good for. We're happy to let you know that room rates are guaranteed for three (3) days before and three (3) days after the conference based on available group rate roooms. The official conference dates are September 29, 2010 ~ October 3, 2010, taking into account pre/post conference board meetings. So the rates below are good from Sunday, September 26, 2010 to Wednesday, October 6, 2010. If you are planning on extending your stay, it is very important to book early to ensure your rate is honored, so reserve ASAP...you can always modify your reservation later.

Single/Double Occupancy: $150

Triple Occupancy: $175

Quadruple Occupancy: $200

River View $225

Balcony River View: $250

One Bedroom Junior Suite: $399

Cutoff date is September 10, 2010.

However, if you know you are going, please reserve ASAP so we may adjust the room block if needed to ensure everyone can take advantage of the $150 rate. The standard discounted rates for these rooms start at $269 and go up--so this is a phenomenal rate we're getting!
